1. Who is responsible

This policy explains how Artur Berisha, operating the PUSH concept in Melbourne, Australia (we, us or PUSH), handles personal information collected through this website. Privacy questions, access or deletion requests and complaints can be sent to hello@pushthenight.com.

2. What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• your email address and first name;
• state, postcode, consumer or trade interest, business details and concept-research responses;
• an 18+ confirmation, marketing consent, research opt-in and the date/version of those choices;
• non-binding price-intent responses;
• referral, campaign and page-variant tags attached to the link you used; and
• basic technical logs needed for security and reliable operation.

We do not ask for or retain your full date of birth, payment details or health information. Please do not include sensitive or health information in free-text answers.

3. Why we collect and use it

We use the information to validate demand and pricing, understand adult audiences and use occasions, choose product and launch priorities, manage registrations, invite willing participants to research, respond to trade enquiries, improve the website, prevent abuse and send consented development or launch updates.

We may use aggregated or de-identified findings in internal planning, presentations or public progress updates. We will not publicly identify or quote you without further permission.

4. Email and consent

We send research, development or launch emails only where you have actively opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time through our unsubscribe page, using the unsubscribe facility in an email or by contacting us. The website records self-service unsubscribe requests immediately; requests sent by email will be actioned as soon as practicable and within five working days.

We keep a minimal suppression record where needed to make sure we continue to honour an unsubscribe request. Sending a general enquiry to hello@pushthenight.com does not automatically add you to the marketing list.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We may disclose information to contracted providers that host the website and database, deliver email, provide security or support business operations. The initial website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure. Providers may process information in Australia and other countries where they or their subcontractors operate. We require them to handle information only for the service they provide.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards. We do not sell or rent the registration list.

6. Cookies and measurement

We use local browser storage to remember your 18+ affirmation and may record first-party campaign tags and de-identified interaction events to understand which messages generate qualified registrations. We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels or sell data for targeted advertising. If that changes, this policy and any required choices will be updated before those tools are used.

7. Security and retention

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information, including limiting database access and collecting only what supports the validation work. No online system is completely secure.

We review identifiable waitlist information at least annually and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer reasonably needed for the validation purpose, when the PUSH project ends, or when deletion is requested and no legal reason requires retention. We may retain a minimal suppression record and de-identified research results.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw research or marketing consent, or make a complaint by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before giving access or making a change. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If we discover information from a person under 18, we will delete it when reasonably practicable. If you believe a person under 18 has registered, please contact us.

9. Changes and complaints

We may update this policy as the concept, providers or law changes. The current version and effective date will stay on this page. Contact hello@pushthenight.com first so we can investigate a concern. If applicable, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
