1. About these terms

This website and the PUSH concept are operated by Artur Berisha in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (we, us or PUSH). These terms apply when you access this website, register your interest or submit feedback. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Adults only

This website is intended only for people aged 18 or older. By entering the website or registering, you confirm that you are at least 18. We may remove information submitted by, or reasonably believed to relate to, a person under 18.

3. Concept status—no sale or supply

PUSH is a product concept under research and development. Product imagery, format, formulation, ingredients, flavours, alcohol content, packaging, pricing, timing and availability are illustrative and may change.

No product is offered for sale or supply through this website. We do not accept orders, deposits or payments. A waitlist registration or price-intent response does not reserve stock, guarantee priority, samples, discounts or availability, or create an obligation for you or us.

4. Alcohol and health disclaimer

PUSH is not a therapeutic product. Nothing on this website is medical, health, dietary or safety advice. Alcohol is not risk-free; the less you drink, the lower the risk.

People under 18 and people who are pregnant or planning pregnancy should not drink alcohol. Not drinking is safest while breastfeeding. Never drink and drive or consume alcohol before or during activities requiring alertness or physical coordination.

5. Research and feedback

You may choose to submit opinions, preferences or other feedback. You give us permission to use that feedback, including in aggregated or de-identified form, to evaluate and develop the PUSH concept. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information, which is handled under our Privacy Policy. We will not publicly attribute a quote to you without further permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use this website unlawfully; interfere with its security or operation; submit false, misleading or impersonated information; attempt to access non-public systems or data; harvest personal information; or use automated tools to scrape, overload or abuse the website.

7. Intellectual property

The PUSH name, branding, packaging concepts, copy, design and other website content are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, adapt or commercially use that material without written permission.

8. Availability and third-party links

We may change, pause or discontinue the website or concept at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean we control or endorse their content, privacy or availability.

9. Liability and your rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by reliance on preliminary concept information or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes, law and contact
